Inside Job is the fourth solo studio album by Don Henley, lead vocalist and drummer for the Eagles, released by Warner Bros. Records on May 23, 2000. Produced by Henley and Stan Lynch, the album was recorded between 1997 and 2000 at studios including The Record Plant in Hollywood, Samain Sound in Malibu, and Le Mobile in Dallas, and marked Henley's first fully digitally recorded album.
Inside Job was Henley's first solo release in eleven years and reached number seven on the Billboard 200, remaining his last collection of new original material until 2015's Cass County. The thirteen-track album includes the singles Taking You Home and Everything Is Different Now, along with the title track Inside Job and the extended closing pieces Damn It, Rose and Miss Ghost.
