If You Leave Me Now (And Other Hits) is a compilation album by the American rock band Chicago, released in 1983. The album features a collection of some of the band's most popular songs from the 1970s, including their hit ballad "If You Leave Me Now," which won a Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Performance by a Duo, Group or Chorus in 1977.
In addition to "If You Leave Me Now," the album includes other top 10 hits, such as "Hard to Say I'm Sorry," "Baby, What a Big Surprise," and "Just You 'n' Me." The album also features some of the band's earlier, more jazz-oriented material, including "Beginnings" and "25 or 6 to 4."
The compilation album was a commercial success, reaching No. 33 on the Billboard 200 chart and selling over 2 million copies in the United States alone. It has since been certified double Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
