Released on August 2, 1978, Don't Look Back is the sophomore studio album by the legendary rock band Boston. Following the massive success of their debut, songwriter and guitarist Tom Scholz spent two years meticulously crafting the sound in his basement studio to ensure the technical perfection synonymous with the band. The album features the iconic soaring vocals of Brad Delp and continues the group's signature blend of melodic hard rock and complex arrangements. Produced by Scholz, the recording process utilized advanced analog techniques for the era, resulting in a rich sonic experience that defined late 1970s arena rock.
