AC/DC's Ballbreaker was released on September 26, 1995 and is the band's thirteenth studio album. It was produced by Rick Rubin, marking a change from their usual producers. The album features the return of drummer Phil Rudd who had been absent from the band for twelve years.
Ballbreaker was a critical and commercial success, reaching number four on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States and selling over four million copies worldwide. The album's singles, "Hard As A Rock" and "Cover You in Oil", were popular among fans but did not achieve the same level of success as some of the band's earlier hits. Despite this, Ballbreaker is considered to be one of AC/DC's strongest albums since the 1980s reaching #4 on the US Billboard 200 and being certified 2X Platinum by the RIAA.
