Roger Daltrey's third solo album, "One of the Boys," was released on May 13, 1977. Recorded at Ramport Studios in 1976, the album features contributions from a variety of notable musicians, including Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, and John Entwistle. While the album did not achieve the same commercial success as his previous solo efforts, it received positive reviews for its energetic performances and memorable tracks. On this cover, after releasing Ride a Rock Horse with Daltrey as a rampant centaur, another visual trick is played with Daltrey's mirror image, with reference to Magritte's famous painting Not to Be Reproduced, photographed and designed by Daltrey's cousin Graham Hughes.
