Roger Daltrey's third solo album, "One of the Boys," was released on May 13, 1977. Recorded at Ramport Studios in 1976, the album features contributions from a variety of notable musicians, including Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, and John Entwistle. With a blend of rock and pop influences, "One of the Boys" showcases Daltrey's powerful vocals and songwriting abilities.

While the album did not achieve the same commercial success as his previous solo efforts, it received positive reviews for its energetic performances and memorable tracks. It reached number 42 on the US Billboard 200. Notable songs from the album include "Giddy," written by Paul McCartney, and the title track "One of the Boys."

On this cover, after releasing Ride a Rock Horse with Daltrey as a rampant centaur, another visual trick is played with Daltrey's mirror image, with reference to Magritte's famous painting Not to Be Reproduced, photographed and designed by Daltrey's cousin Graham Hughes.
