Centerfield is the third solo studio album by American singer-songwriter and former Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman John Fogerty, released on January 15, 1985.
The album is considered one of Fogerty's most successful and beloved works, featuring a mix of roots rock and rock 'n' roll, with themes of baseball, nostalgia, and personal reflection.
"Centerfield" was a commercial hit. It reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, becoming Fogerty's first and only solo album to achieve this feat.
