I Could Never Be Your Woman is a 2007 romantic comedy directed by Amy Heckerling. The movie follows the life of a successful TV writer named Rosie (played by Michelle Pfeiffer) who is struggling to balance her work and personal life. She falls in love with a much younger actor named Adam (played by Paul Rudd), who is cast as the lead in the TV show she's working on.
The film explores the ups and downs of Rosie's relationship with Adam, as well as her relationship with her teenage daughter, Izzie (played by Saoirse Ronan). Rosie struggles to keep up with the demands of her job while also trying to be there for her daughter and navigate her new romance.
As the story unfolds, Rosie realizes that despite their age difference, she and Adam have a lot in common and that they genuinely care for each other. However, she also realizes that she can't sacrifice her career and her responsibilities as a mother for a romantic relationship.
"I Could Never Be Your Woman" is a lighthearted romantic comedy with a message about the importance of finding balance in life. The film also features a talented cast, including Stacey Dash, Fred Willard, and Jon Lovitz, and has an upbeat and humorous tone.
