Foreigner – Inside Information

Inside Information is the sixth studio album by the British-American rock band Foreigner, released on December 8, 1987. The album was produced by Mick Jones, the band's guitarist and main songwriter, along with Frank Filipetti. It features a blend of rock, pop, and ballads, showcasing Foreigner's signature sound.

The album received moderate commercial success, reaching number 15 on the Billboard 200 chart. It spawned three singles, including "Say You Will," which became the highest-charting single from the album, reaching number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The other two singles, "I Don't Want to Live Without You" and "Heart Turns to Stone," also achieved respectable chart positions, peaking at numbers 5 and 56 on the Hot 100, respectively.

While "Inside Information" did not reach the same level of success as some of Foreigner's earlier albums, it still performed well and showcased the band's ability to craft catchy rock songs with memorable hooks. The album continued their tradition of blending anthemic rockers with heartfelt ballads, capturing both the energetic and softer sides of their musical style.
