Debuting on September 8th, 2006, Broken Bridges is a drama film following a fading country music star, played by Toby Keith in his acting debut. Keith's character returns to his hometown and confronts the ghosts of his past while reuniting with his childhood sweetheart (Kelly Preston) and meeting his teenage daughter (Lindsey Haun) for the first time. Directed by Steven Goldmann and produced by Leslie Belzberg, Sara Risher, Donald Zuckerman, the film explores themes of family, redemption, and the challenges of second chances. While the movie didn't break box office records, it found a niche audience and went on to achieve strong DVD sales.
