Bloodshot is a 2020 American action science fiction film based on the Valiant Comics character of the same name. Directed by David S. F. Wilson, the film stars Vin Diesel as Ray Garrison, a soldier who is resurrected as a superhuman with nanotechnology running through his veins. The film also stars Guy Pearce, Toby Kebbell, Eiza González, and Sam Heughan. Produced by Neal Moritz, Toby Kebbell, and Vin Diesel, Bloodshot was released in the United States on March 10, 2020. Despite a promising premise and a star-studded cast, the film's box office performance was underwhelming, grossing approximately $37 million worldwide.
