Billy Squier's Emotions in Motion, released on July 23, 1982, is his third studio album and his second consecutive Top Five record on the Billboard album chart. It features hit songs like "Everybody Wants You," which peaked at #32 on the Billboard Hot 100 and stayed at #1 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart for six weeks, and "Emotions in Motion." The album was certified Gold in September 1982 and Platinum a month later, and went on to achieve double Platinum status in 1991.
