Get The Knack, the debut album by the American rock band The Knack, was released in June 1979. It was a massive commercial success, selling over one million copies in less than two months and spending five weeks at the top of the Billboard 200 chart. The album spawned the hit singles "My Sharona" and "Good Girls Don't". "My Sharona" was a number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 for six weeks and was the best-selling single of 1979. The album was certified 2X Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
