Rush Hour 3 is an action-comedy film directed by Brett Ratner and released in 2007. It is the third installment in the "Rush Hour" series and stars Jackie Chan as Inspector Lee and Chris Tucker as Detective Carter.
The movie begins with an assassination attempt on Ambassador Han, who is the father of Lee's childhood friend, Soo-Yung. Lee and Carter are assigned to protect the ambassador and track down the criminals responsible for the attack.
Their investigation leads them to Paris, where they encounter a Chinese crime organization known as the Triads. The Triads are after a list of their leaders, and Han has it. The chase takes them through the streets of Paris, where they face numerous obstacles, including a deadly assassin named Jasmine and the Triad leader, Kenji.
Along the way, Lee and Carter discover that Soo-Yung has been kidnapped, and they must rescue her before the Triads use her as leverage. The movie culminates in a high-stakes showdown at the Eiffel Tower, where Lee and Carter face off against Kenji and his henchmen in a thrilling fight scene.
