The album Wheels by Restless Heart is the band's second studio album, released on October 31, 1986. The album produced four number-one hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart: "That Rock Won't Roll," "I'll Still Be Loving You," "Why Does It Have to Be (Wrong or Right)," and the title track "Wheels." The song "I'll Still Be Loving You" was also a crossover hit, reaching number 33 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The album reached number one on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and number 73 on the Billboard 200 chart. It has been certified Gold by the RIAA, which indicates sales of 500,000 units.
