Released on August 4, 1998, the album features several number-one hits on the Christian charts, including the title track "Steady On," "Saving Grace," "When The Wind Blows," "The Wonder Of It All," "My God," and "The Song Is Alive." Steady On... was a commercial success, reaching number 1 on the Billboard Christian Albums chart and peaking at number 24 on the Billboard 200.
