"Macbeth" was a filmed version of a stage production directed by Rupert Goold, which aired on PBS's Great Performances series on October 6th, 2010. The production starred Sir Patrick Stewart as Macbeth and Kate Fleetwood as Lady Macbeth. This modern-dress take on Shakespeare's classic tragedy was filmed at the end of its successful runs in London and New York.
