Flash is the eighth studio album by English guitarist Jeff Beck, released on April 13, 1985. It represents a departure from Beck's instrumental rock sound, incorporating more vocal-driven tracks and a fusion of genres such as pop, rock, and electronic music.

The album features notable collaborations with esteemed musicians, including Rod Stewart, who contributes his vocals to the opening track, "Ambitious." "Flash" also includes standout songs like the energetic rock anthem "People Get Ready," a cover of the classic song originally performed by The Impressions, and the infectious pop-rock tune "Gets Us All in the End."

Although "Flash" received mixed reviews from critics, it achieved moderate commercial success. On the Billboard 200 chart, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States, "Flash" reached a peak position of number 39. The album's lead single, "People Get Ready," became a minor hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, reaching number 48.
