Destiny is a studio album by Cuban American singer Gloria Estefan, released June 4, 1996 by Epic Records. Executive produced by Emilio Estefan Jr., with individual tracks produced by Kike Santander, Lawrence Dermer, Clay Ostwald, and Jorge Casas, the album blends Estefan's pop and dance sound with Afro-Cuban and ballad influences.
The eleven-track album includes the singles Reach, I'm Not Giving You Up, and Along Came You (A Song for Emily). Reach served as the official theme song of the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, held the same summer as the album's release. The record also features the title track Destiny, You'll Be Mine (Party Time), and Higher, spanning ballads and dance-pop arrangements across the album's eleven songs.
