George Thorogood and The Destroyers' "Move It On Over" is the band's second studio album, released in 1978. It features a mix of blues and rock and roll covers, showcasing Thorogood's signature slide guitar style. While not achieving the same level of chart success as some of their later albums, it solidified their reputation as a high-energy live act. The album includes renditions of classic tracks like "Move It On Over" (originally by Hank Williams), "Who Do You Love?" (Bo Diddley), and "Madison Blues" (Elmore James).
"Move It On Over" reached #33 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and is certified Gold by the RIAA for sales of 500,000 units.
