Frost/Nixon is a 2008 historical drama film directed by Ron Howard and starring Michael Sheen as British journalist David Frost and Frank Langella as former US President Richard Nixon. The film is based on the real-life series of interviews conducted by Frost with Nixon in 1977, three years after he resigned from the presidency in disgrace over the Watergate scandal.

The film portrays the intense preparation and negotiations that led up to the interviews, as well as the dramatic confrontations between Frost and Nixon during the interviews themselves. The tension between the two men builds as Frost tries to get Nixon to admit his wrongdoing and apologize for his actions, while Nixon tries to defend himself and salvage his legacy.

As the interviews progress, Frost gains the upper hand, and the public's perception of Nixon begins to shift. In the final interview, Nixon finally admits that he let down the American people and that he regrets his actions.

"Frost/Nixon" was adapted from Peter Morgan's play of the same name and received critical acclaim for its performances, direction, and screenplay. It was nominated for five Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actor for Langella's portrayal of Nixon.
