Foghat Rock and Roll Outlaws / Fool for the City is a double CD set that features two of Foghat's most popular albums from the 1970s: "Rock and Roll Outlaws" and "Fool for the City". Both albums were originally released on vinyl in 1974 and 1975, respectively.

The first disc, "Rock and Roll Outlaws", includes nine tracks that showcase Foghat's blues-based hard rock sound. The album features the hit single "Drive Me Home", as well as other notable tracks such as "I Just Want to Make Love to You" and "Road Fever".
