Duke Jupiter’s 1984 album, White Knuckle Ride, is the band’s sixth studio album and marked their debut on Morocco Records, a rock label launched by Motown. The album represents a return to their signature Classy Rock and R&B sound and achieved success on FM radio, also garnering attention with two music videos played on MTV and an appearance on the television show Solid Gold. The record includes the songs "Little Lady," which was a hit on the charts, and "Rescue Me." White Knuckle Ride reached its peak chart position at number 122 on the US Billboard album chart. The full release date is 1984. "Little Lady" was the album’s most successful single, charting at number 12 on the US Rock chart and number 68 on the US Pop chart, while "Rescue Me" peaked at number 101 on the US Pop chart.
