Depeche Mode - Dream On

Dream On is a CD single released by British electronic band Depeche Mode in 2001. It was the lead single from their album "Exciter" and marked the band's first release on Mute Records since leaving their longtime label, Sire Records. 

The single features three tracks: the title track "Dream On," a b-side called "Easy Tiger," and a remix of "Dream On" by British DJ and producer Dave Clarke.

"Dream On" is a mid-tempo electronic track with a prominent synth riff and a pulsating beat. Lead singer Dave Gahan's vocals are emotionally charged and introspective, with lyrics about the struggle to stay true to oneself in the face of life's challenges.

"Easy Tiger" is a more experimental track, featuring distorted electronic sounds and spoken-word vocals by Martin Gore, the band's primary songwriter.

The Dave Clarke Remix of "Dream On" adds a more dancefloor-friendly edge to the song, with a faster tempo and a harder-hitting beat. Clarke's signature use of distorted sounds and driving rhythms adds an industrial edge to the track.
