Some Other Sucker's Parade is the fifth studio album by Del Amitri, released June 24, 1997 on A&M Records. The album was produced and engineered by Mark Freegard and recorded at The Chapel and Parkgate Studios between November 1996 and January 1997, with mixing handled by Dave Bianco at Larrabee Sound Studios. The lineup on the record features Justin Currie, Iain Harvie, Andy Alston, Ashley Soan, and Jon McLoughlin, with the title track co-written by Currie and new guitarist Jon McLoughlin. The album reached number 6 on the UK Albums Chart and includes the singles "Not Where It's At" and "Some Other Sucker's Parade." Running time is approximately 50 minutes across fourteen tracks.
