    Crusade in the Pacific is a documentary television series that chronicles the events of the Pacific War during World War II. The series was originally released in 1951 and was produced by the United States Navy. It consists of 26 episodes, each of which is approximately 30 minutes long.  

    The series covers the major battles and events of the war in the Pacific, including the attack on Pearl Harbor, the Battle of Midway, the Guadalcanal Campaign, the Battle of Iwo Jima, and the dropping of the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It also provides insight into the strategies, tactics, and weapons used by both the Allied and Japanese forces.

    The series features a combination of archival footage and re-enactments, with narration provided by actor Westbrook Van Voorhis. It was praised for its accuracy and attention to detail, as well as its objective portrayal of the events of the war.
