Big Bad Wolves is a 2013 Israeli thriller film directed by Aharon Keshales and Navot Papushado. The movie tells the story of a vigilante cop, a grieving father, and a suspected child killer, and the events that unfold when their paths cross.

The film starts with a brutal murder of a young girl, and the police's inability to capture the killer. The father of the victim, who is a former military man, takes matters into his own hands and kidnaps the man he believes to be the killer. He tortures him to extract a confession, but the police intervene before he can finish his work.

The main protagonist, a detective named Miki, investigates the case and finds himself caught in a moral dilemma when he realizes the father's motivation for his actions. As the investigation continues, the line between good and evil becomes increasingly blurred, and the audience is left questioning who the true villains are.

The film is known for its graphic violence and dark humor, as well as its commentary on justice and revenge. The performances of the lead actors, including Lior Ashkenazi, Tzahi Grad, and Rotem Keinan, were widely praised, as was the direction and cinematography.
