Maroon is the fifth studio album by Barenaked Ladies, released September 12, 2000 on Reprise Records. Produced by Don Was, the album followed the band's breakout 1998 release Stunt, debuting at number one in Canada and number five on the Billboard 200.
The album includes the singles "Pinch Me," "Too Little Too Late," and "Falling for the First Time," with songs written primarily by Steven Page and Ed Robertson. The closing track pairs "Tonight Is the Night I Fell Asleep at the Wheel" with the hidden bonus track "Hidden Sun," and the album went on to be certified platinum in the US.
