2-Headed Shark Attack is a 2012 independent creature-feature thriller from The Asylum, directed by Christopher Ray and starring Carmen Electra, Charlie O'Connell, and Brooke Hogan. When a Semester at Sea-style research ship strikes a two-headed great white shark and begins taking on water, the students and crew are forced onto a small, sinking atoll where the mutated shark continues to hunt them.
Written by Edward DeRuiter and H. Perry Horton and produced by David Michael Latt, the film runs 90 minutes and premiered on Syfy later that year following its direct-to-video release. It stands as one of several creature-feature titles from The Asylum built around exaggerated shark-based threats.
