"When The Eagle Flies" is indeed the seventh studio album by Traffic, released in September 1974. It features the band's classic lineup of Jim Capaldi, Steve Winwood, Chris Wood, and Rosko Gee, with Rebop Kwaku Baah on percussion. The album was a commercial success, reaching number 9 on the US Billboard 200 and achieving gold certification from the RIAA. However, it fared less well in the UK, only reaching number 31.
