The park is owned by the enigmatic Emile Mondavarious (Rowan Atkinson), who suspects that something sinister is happening at his attraction, and he calls upon the sleuthing skills of the Mystery Inc. team to investigate.

They must navigate through a series of humorous and adventurous scenarios to uncover the truth behind the strange happenings on Spooky Island.
