AC/DC's "Power Up," their seventeenth studio album, was released on November 13, 2020. This album marked the welcomed return of vocalist Brian Johnson, drummer Phil Rudd, and bassist Cliff Williams. A notable hit song from the album is "Shot in the Dark." "Power Up" achieved significant commercial success, reaching number one in 21 countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom. In its debut week in the US, it topped the Billboard 200 chart with 117,000 album-equivalent units. It also became the fastest-selling album of 2020 in the US, Australia, and the UK. The album reached number one on the UK Albums Chart with 62,000 chart sales. In Germany, it also debuted at number one and became the best-selling album of 2020 there. Worldwide, "Power Up" was the sixth best-selling album of 2020 with 1.37 million copies sold. It achieved Gold certification in Australia, Canada, Italy, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. It earned Platinum certification in Austria, Poland, Spain, and Switzerland, and double Platinum in France and Germany. In the United States, "Power Up" debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and also topped the Billboard Top Rock Albums and Top Hard Rock Albums charts.
