Norm of the North is an animated family comedy film released in 2016. The movie follows the adventures of Norm, a polar bear who can communicate with humans. Norm discovers that a group of real estate developers plans to build luxury condos in his Arctic home. To save his beloved habitat, Norm sets off on a journey to New York City with a few quirky lemming friends.
In New York, Norm becomes an internet sensation as he inadvertently becomes the mascot for the developers' marketing campaign. However, he soon realizes that he's being used to promote the very thing he wants to stop. Determined to protect his Arctic home, Norm must find a way to expose the developers' true intentions and rally support to save his homeland.
