Monster High - Ghouls Rule is an animated television special and movie from the "Monster High" franchise. Released in 2012, the story centers around the students of Monster High, a school for the children of famous monsters.
In "Ghouls Rule," tensions rise between the "normies" (humans) and the monsters on Halloween. The ghouls are fed up with being treated like outcasts and decide to take matters into their own hands by showing the world they can celebrate Halloween together peacefully.
