10cc – Deceptive Bends

Deceptive Bends, the fifth studio album by the British rock band 10cc, was released in May 1977. It marked a significant point in their discography as it was the first album after the departure of founding members Kevin Godley and Lol Creme. Despite this change, the album produced the hit single "The Things We Do for Love," which became one of their most successful singles, reaching number one in Canada, number six in the UK Singles Chart, and number five on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US, where it was later certified gold. Another notable track from the album was "Good Morning Judge." Deceptive Bends performed well commercially, achieving gold certification in the UK and Canada. It reached number 3 on the UK Albums Chart and number 31 on the US Billboard 200.
