Stormwatch is the twelfth studio album by British progressive rock band Jethro Tull. Released on September 14, 1979, it is the final installment of the band's folk-rock trilogy, which also includes "Songs from the Wood" and "Heavy Horses." The album delves into themes of environmentalism, nature, and the passage of time.

Despite receiving generally positive reviews from critics, "Stormwatch" did not perform as well commercially as its predecessors. It peaked at number 22 on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States, marking a slight decline in the band's commercial success compared to previous albums. Nonetheless, it remains a significant entry in Jethro Tull's discography, showcasing their trademark blend of folk, rock, and progressive elements.
