An All Dogs Christmas Carol is a direct-to-video animated movie released in 1998, and it is a spin-off of the popular "All Dogs Go to Heaven" franchise. The movie follows the story of Charlie B. Barkin, a streetwise dog who returns from heaven to help his friend Itchy Itchiford save Christmas from the evil Carface Carruthers.
In this movie, Carface Carruthers is visited by the ghost of his old business partner, who warns him that he will be doomed to an eternity of wandering the earth as a lost and forgotten spirit unless he changes his ways. To do this, Carface is visited by three ghosts: the Ghost of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. They show him the errors of his ways and teach him the true meaning of Christmas.
Meanwhile, Charlie and Itchy are trying to raise money for a poor family to have a nice Christmas. But when they learn that Carface is plotting to ruin Christmas, they must work together to stop him and save the holiday.
